General Club Meetings

The NCARC general club meetings are normally held on the third Saturday of the month.  More specific information can be found on the Main Page.  The agendas for the club meeting are normally published before the meeting and the link to them is found below. 

Board Meetings

The NCARC Board of Directors meetings are currently held the second Tuesday of the month and are coordinated by the Club President.  Board Meeting agendas and minutes and the Treasure's report  are available to club members only. Any changes to the meriting information will be noted on the Main Page.  The meetings are open to all individuals and are used to prepare and coordinate information and materials for the monthly club meetings.  It is the intention to put board meeting minutes on this page for club members to be able to review.  If you feel strongly about an agenda item, attendance at the board meeting is open to all members.  You may voice your opinion as you need.  Voting rights at the board meeting are restricted to board members.
